Once a design has been developed and agreed to, we will provide you with a complete and accurate written Proposal/Contract for any building project. You may be assured that there will not be any hidden costs which could later be labeled as "extras" once the actual construction has begun. Customizing work agreed upon during the actual construction will be priced accordingly, and you will approve all such work prior to its commencement.
